Scope and date check

Five questions. You get an applicability line, the clause behind it, three dated actions and the day the evidence pack is due. It starts blank and returns scope incomplete, never a pass.

Computed by rule from the record in your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere. Not legal advice; does not certify.

Does your organisation develop, deploy or procure an AI system that contains a neural network?

Include bought and embedded models, not only models trained in house.

Does that system face locally varying or uncertain input conditions, such as perception, speech, text, time series or sensor data?

The introduction names these data types as the reason statistical methods are used.

Will you have to show robustness evidence to a customer, auditor, insurer or regulator?

The trigger can be a contract, an audit, a conformity route or an internal risk decision.

Do you already run an AI management system or an AI risk process?

ISO/IEC 42001:2023 and ISO/IEC 23894:2023 are the held examples.

A date, or the nearest milestone.

What the check can and cannot decide

It can decide whether the public scope reaches a system that contains a neural network, and it can do the date arithmetic from the planning date. It cannot decide your risk appetite, your threshold or whether a particular statistical method is adequate for your model. Those are decisions for your risk owner and your method owner, and the result says so.
