How this record is built

One reviewed record drives every page. It is written from the official public record and the held standards, and it is checked by a script that fails loudly if the record changes underneath it.

The rule this site follows

A page may state only what a held source proves. Where the public view is silent, the page says not stated in the text. Where a clause is withheld, the page names the withholding and does not describe the clause. No page is written from memory, from a search snippet, or from a summary of a summary.

What is in the record

The record has 34 units, 131 evidence lines and 104 checks. Each unit carries its exact citation, the binding party, the requirement in our own words, the evidence a reviewer asks for, the dates, the cross-references and a source pointer. Every field is present for every unit, and a field the text is silent on says so.

The refresh

scripts/refresh re-reads the ISO record, the stage feed and the public view, compares them with the stored record and fails on any change. The paid change watch sends the diff. A stage change, a new date, a changed abstract or a new public clause all trigger it.

Paraphrase, not reproduction

Every requirement line is our own statement. Only titles, defined terms and data element names stay verbatim. The record is checked against the source with a seven-word overlap test before it ships.

The limits

We do not hold the FDIS text, we do not certify, and we do not give legal advice. The publication date is our estimate. The preparation pages are labelled as our method, not as the standard's requirement. The rules page states held controls in our words and cites their codes; it is not a substitute for the official text.
