Where it is kept and who can see it

Pages are served by Cloudflare. Saved work and accounts are held in Supabase in Sydney (AWS ap-southeast-2), encrypted at rest and in transit. Payments are taken by Stripe. Sign-in and receipt mail go through SendGrid. Those four are the only processors. Saved work is kept until the user deletes it or closes the account. Support opens a saved record only on the user's request.

What the free check does with your answers

Nothing leaves your browser. The scope check is computed in JavaScript from the record already on the page. There is no request to our server, no cookie and no analytics event carrying your answers.

What we collect

If you buy, Stripe collects your email and payment details and shares the email with us so we can deliver the files and the watch. If you email support, we keep the correspondence. We do not buy contact lists and we do not sell data.

Cookies

The free pages set no advertising cookies. Stripe may set cookies on its own checkout page. The site does not run third-party analytics scripts.

Your rights

Write to support@theartofservice.com to ask for a copy, a correction or a deletion. We answer within thirty days. If you are in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

When a processor or a data flow changes, this page changes on the same day and the date at the top changes with it.
