Assemble the evidence pack a reviewer will test

Bring the system description, the method statement, the plan, the run logs, the results, the uncertainty and the limits into one pack, indexed so a reviewer can follow a claim to a record. Link each row to the AI management system control and the risk register entry it supports.

The requirement in plain English

Bring the system description, the method statement, the plan, the run logs, the results, the uncertainty and the limits into one pack, indexed so a reviewer can follow a claim to a record. Link each row to the AI management system control and the risk register entry it supports.

What the public record says

The public text names the method and its references. It does not prescribe an evidence format. ISO/IEC 42001:2023 and ISO/IEC 23894:2023, both held, supply the management system and risk process the pack feeds.

Why it matters to you

An evidence pack is not a folder of results. It is an argument with an index. A reviewer should be able to pick a claim, follow it to a run, and follow the run to a record without asking a question. The held 42001 export gives 38 Annex A controls, including the impact assessment and life cycle controls the pack supports; the 23894 export gives 54 controls for the risk treatment and monitoring steps. Naming those rows turns a technical result into management system evidence.

Evidence a reviewer asks for

  • The pack index, one row per claim, with the record behind it.
  • The mapping to the 42001 control and the 23894 risk entry for each row.
  • The run artefacts: model, data, generator, seeds, version, logs and outputs.
  • The limits and the reviewer sign-off.

Checks to run this month

  1. Can a reviewer follow one claim to one run without asking?
  2. Is each row mapped to a 42001 control and a risk entry?
  3. Are the limits in the pack, not only in the presentation?

What this page does not state

The FDIS states no evidence format; the 42001 and 23894 controls are cited from their held exports in our words.
